The Divas Review:

Jessica has a remarkable gift that renders the reader and has the ability to hold them captivate. In Night Call, Lola had to make a decision and give in to her desires that will lead her embarking on a winding road of her deep fantasies that she has never known lurking within her and the obligation to Johnny without relinquishing the one thing Beau can’t buy buy. Her Heart.

In one word Night Call by Jessica Hawkins, is extraordinary. Remarkably written and a jaw dropping ending, that has definitely kept this Divas attention. We are eager to see what Lola will decide as she approaches a crossroad with loyalty, obligation, heart break and self worth. The Divas give Night Call by Jessica Hawkins Champagne glasses for the book cover and for the review. Well done Jessica.

A week in New York (The Empire State series book 1)

Synopsis:

Anna Kirby is sick of dating. She’s tired of heartbreak. Despite being smart, sexy, and funny, she’s a magnet for men who don’t deserve her.

A week’s vacation in New York is the ultimate distraction from her most recent break-up, as well as a great place to meet a stranger and have some summer fun. But to protect her still-bruised heart, fun comes with rules. There will be no sharing stories, no swapping numbers, and no real names. Just one night of uncomplicated fun.

Super-successful serial seducer Ethan Scott has some rules of his own. He doesn’t date, he doesn’t stay the night, and he doesn’t make any promises.

It should be a match made in heaven. But rules are made to be broken.

The Divas Review:

A Week in New York by Louise Bay was introduce to the Divas by an author Jessica Hawkins’ (fan page) and that was just enough to entice us. A Week in New York was absolutely wonderful. What we enjoyed most about this scenario it had enough gooey gooey love, steamy hot sex and the character Anna’s witty since of humor that charmed and entertained us. Also, did we mention steamy hot sex? (Wink!) However, if you are looking for a ‘New York minute’ love story look no further A Week in New York is the answer. We look forward to see what unfolds between Anna and Ethan in Autumn in London (The Empire State series book 2).

We Divas give A Week in New York by Louise Bay 4.5 out of 5 Champagne glasses. We truly enjoyed uncomplicated fun between Anna and Ethan.
